Trust In YOU.

If the animals can depend on God, how can we not? No, I say to you TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART ♥️

We are worth much more than a bird. And our heavenly father tells us this because we must know that we are not the scum of the earth. No, we are His children. Jesus wants us to trust in him with all we've got.

Trust God. Because you can. Because he said so.

Trust in the Lord because that's what love does. Love trusts. If you feel like you've been letting God down because of your lack of trust in him, don't for one second believe that. You cannot let God down, you're not the one holding him up. God is Good all by himself and he wants you to trust in him. It's okay I'd you've messed up. Take a look at this scripture passage:

‭‭Mark‬ ‭9:17‭-‬24‬ ‭NIV‬‬

[17] A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. [18] Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.” [19] “You unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.” [20] So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth. [21] Jesus asked the boy’s father, “How long has he been like this?” “From childhood,” he answered. [22] “It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.” [23] “ ‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” [24] Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” (https://mark.bible/mark-9-24)

Do you need help believing? Jesus will help you. If you continue reading on, you'll see that Jesus does what the boy's father asks of him. I believe Jesus did that to show both the boy's father and the crowd AND YOU AND ME that Jesus can and will help us with our unbelief.

[26] Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

[5] Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; [6] in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭26:3‬ ‭NIV‬‬

[3] You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

PRAYER:

Lord guide us in a way that learns to deeply trust in you and not lean on our own understanding. May our hearts and minds be stayed on you! Help us to recognize your love and care for us and our loved ones. May we lift up a voice of praise throughout each and every day thanking you and glorifying you!
